1. Agreement

By using soelishousbakery.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit false information, attempt to access the owner dashboard, interfere with the site, or send spam through our forms.

A pre-order is a request until we confirm it by email. We may decline or adjust an order if an item is sold out or we cannot fulfil it.
Prices and menu items can change without notice; the price in your confirmation applies. Payment is collected as described in your confirmation.
Our products are made in a home kitchen under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act, and are not subject to state licensure or inspection. Allergens are present in our kitchen; see Legal & Disclaimers.

Chilled treats are delivered within Woodland Park only. Responsibility for treats passes to you at pickup or delivery.

A deposit of 50% of the quote holds your date, and the balance is due 14 days before the event.
More than 90 days before the event: the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be moved once to a new available date within 12 months.
30–90 days before the event: the deposit is forfeited, and any payments made beyond it are refunded.
Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the quoted total is owed, because ingredients and time are already committed.
Your signed wedding contract is the full agreement for your event and takes precedence over these Terms.

Typing your name and selecting "Sign contract" is your electronic signature, with the same effect as a handwritten signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Colorado Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. You may ask for a paper copy at any time.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order or event is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts of Teller County, Colorado, and we will first try to resolve it informally with you.
