1. Cottage food notice

So Elishous Bakery operates under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection.

The kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts and soy; cross-contact is possible.
The couple is responsible for informing guests of allergen risks.
Guests with allergies or dietary needs should ask before ordering; no product can be guaranteed allergen-free.

Chilled treats (buttercream, pastry cream, fresh fruit) are delivered within Woodland Park only.
Responsibility for treats passes to the customer at pickup or delivery. The bakery is not responsible for melting, damage or spoilage caused by heat, handling or storage after handoff.

A deposit of 50% of the quoted total holds your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
More than 90 days before the event: the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be moved once to a new available date within 12 months.
30–90 days before the event: the deposit is forfeited, and any payments made beyond it are refunded.
Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the quoted total is owed, because ingredients and time are already committed.
If So Elishous Bakery must cancel for any reason, every payment is refunded in full.
Each couple's signed contract is the binding agreement and takes precedence over this summary.

Natural variations in flowers, colors and finishes may occur. Fresh florals should be pesticide-free; the bakery is not liable for florals supplied by others.
The bakery is not responsible for damage caused by heat, venue conditions or handling after delivery.

Prices and menu items may change without notice; your confirmed order or contract sets the final price.
