For everyone
Accessibility Statement
Effective October 30, 2026
1. Our commitment
- We want everyone to be able to browse treats, place pre-orders and plan their wedding with us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Colorado's accessibility law (HB21-1110).
2. What we do
- Readable text sizes and color contrast, descriptive image text, keyboard-friendly menus and forms, clear form labels, and pages that work with screen readers and zoom.
3. Known limits
- Some gallery photos may have short descriptions, and AI-written Treat Finder answers may not always follow a perfect heading structure. We are working on improvements.
4. Need help?
- If anything on the site is hard to use, or you'd like information in another format, contact us through the Contact page or by phone or email, and we will help you place your order or answer your question directly. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
